Andontech Consultants Limited began with a frustration shared across East Africa's factories and boardrooms. Teams would attend course after course, certificates would pile up, and yet the production line, the quality reports and the energy bill looked exactly the same on Monday morning. We were convinced training could do more than tick a box, so we set out to prove it.
We built the company around a consultative way of working.
