Eng. Kandie is the Founder and CEO of Andontech Consultants Limited, a training and consultancy services company incorporated in the Republic of Kenya to offer training targeting enhanced competitiveness in the manufacturing and service industry.

Prior to founding Andontech, Eng. Kandie worked for over 20 years across leading organisations including Bidco Oil Refineries (Thika) and PZ Cussons EA, where he started as a Management Trainee and rose through Process Manager and Factory Manager to Sales & Operations Manager.
He has obtained several trainings, locally and abroad, on Business Excellence to sharpen his competency in managing profitable enterprises. He currently partners with the Kenya Association of Manufacturers, the Kenya Institute of Management, and KNCCI.
